I’ve invested years (and plenty of trial and error) into understanding what truly works. I’ve trained hard without progress, eaten “healthy” while still gaining weight, and followed the so-called “fool-proof” plans that left me exhausted instead of energized. Through that process, I’ve discovered how to listen to my body, fuel it properly, and train smarter, not just harder.
Now, I’m in even more lean and feel more energetic than when I was playing two college sports, all because I finally understand how to work with my body, not against it.
I can guarantee you’ll start to feel a difference as early as the first week — in your energy, your confidence, and how your body responds.
This is a two-way street: I’ll give you the what and the why — you bring the commitment.

I’m not your average commercial gym person trainer that decided to try starting their own business. Fitness and health have always been a huge part of my life, I’ve worked with athletes of all sports, all ages, and every different stage in one’s fitness journey. I genuinely believe everyone has the potential to be who they want to be.
I interned with the Las Vegas Aces during the 2020–2021 season, leading team warm-ups, assisting with pre-game drills, and supporting the coaching staff on game days.
2018 - 2019
I balanced 12-hour days as the Graduate Assistant and Interim Director of Strength and Conditioning at Manhattanville University while earning my Master’s degree.
2019 - 2021
I was the Strength Coach at RTG Academy, where I designed and implemented the Strength and Power curriculum for the goalkeepers.
2021 - 2022
I played D3 soccer in college and took a leap to play pro overseas in Hungary, Portugal, and Italy. Competing abroad taught me how to adapt, lead, and keep going.
2022 - 2023
I was the Head of Strength and Speed at D1, a fitness franchise that delivers athlete-style training for all ages, inspired by Division 1 sports programs.
2023 - 2024
*I also played lacrosse and soccer during my time in undergrad.
